Give the crew the details that change the job.
An appliance name alone cannot show stairs, a basement turn or a long carry. Use this list before you call or text.
Estimate checklist
- Appliance type and quantity
- Pickup address and service city
- Floor level and stair count
- Doorway, hallway and landing measurements
- Distance from item to loading point
- Utility disconnection status
- Photos of the item and full route
- Preferred timing, without assuming availability
What can change the scope
Oversized commercial units, built-in appliances, active gas or water connections, hazardous contents and inaccessible routes need separate review. A pickup estimate is not an authorization to disconnect utilities or dismantle cabinetry.
